Domain Not Active

If you changed your nameserver records to point to our server, your domain may not be active because your DNS changes have not taken effect. DNS changes on domains take upto 72 hours to fully propagate across the internet. If your DNS changes have not propagated after 72 hours have expired do contact your domain provider. You may check the status of your dns changes by doing a DNS record check online. Several websites provide the service. We recommend http://who.is.

If your check shows your DNS changes have propagated, it is possible you have not created a hosting account for the domain in your dedicated server or reseller account. Learn how to create a cPanel account here.

If you you have done all the above yet your domain is not active check that you have added DNS enteries for the site in your DNS server. If you are using/plan to use our DNS server, please open a support ticket for a DNS entry to be created for your site on our DNS server. Remember to provide your domain name and IP address in the ticket.
