Password Reset

To reset your cPanel password from the Customer Centre follow these steps:
  1. Login to your Customer Centre account
  2. Go to Services >> My Services
  3. Identify the account you want to reset
  4. Click on View Details button next to the account (NOT the arrow next to the button). 
  5. Click on Change Password tab
  6. Enter new password in the field provided
  7. Save changes.
